Please open a support ticket and we'll be happy to assist you.
You can do this one of two ways:
1. Open the Tacticus application, go to the Home page (center green icon), then to the Settings menu (small gear in the upper right corner), and tap "Contact Us" and then tap the blue Support button with a ? on the main page that opens.
2. Email us at support@tacticus.zendesk.com
When creating your ticket, please include:
- Your player ID (tap and hold the long number on the player settings page, to copy it)
- What game mode you were in when you crashed
- A screenshot of the location where you crashed (if possible)
- A description of what was happening when you crashed
