You can open a Support Ticket in one of two ways:
1. Open the Tacticus application, go to the Home page (center green icon), then to the Settings menu (small gear in the upper right corner), and tap "Contact Us" and then tap the blue Support button with a ? on the main page that opens. (Firefox users will not have the ? and must use option 2)
2. Email us at support@tacticus.zendesk.com
