For this, a support ticket is required. There are two ways to open one:
- Open the Tacticus application, tap the bottom center green icon (Home), and then tap the Settings gear in the upper right corner. From the Settings menu. tap "Contact US" and then tap the blue Support button with a ? on the bottom of the main page that opens.
- Email us at support@tacticus.zendesk.com
You will need to provide a user ID for both the old and new device, which can be found at the bottom of the Tacticus Settings Menu as well. Be sure to indicate which is the "from" or original account and which is the "to" or new account.
