Legendary Events are divided into three installments. If you unlock the character before the final installment concludes, the character will continue to use Event Shards. During this period, the character can only be promoted or ascended using Event Shards.
What happens to regular shards earned on Onslaught?
If you earn regular shards for that character:
You still receive those shards.
They are stored in your Inventory.
They will not appear on the character page until the final installment has ended.
You can view your shard balance in your Inventory. You can access your inventory by tapping on the chest in the top left corner of the character page.
When will regular shards appear on the character page?
After the third Legendary Event ends (and the 24-hour cooldown period passes), the character will behave like other characters:
Regular shards will appear on the character page.
You can promote or ascend using regular shards as normal.
