Your guild information
Power level
Your game version
Device model and operating system version

This information helps us review the issue accurately and resolve it faster.
How do I submit a ticket through the app?
Here's a step by step guide to submit a ticket through the app
- Go to the Home Screen and tap the Settings button (cogwheel on the top right)
Tap "Contact Us". This automatically attaches the information we need to your ticket before submission.
- You'll be redirected to our support page in your browser. Then tap the blue question mark button at the bottom of the page.
4. Fill out our contact form and submit your request. Once submitted through the app, our team will have the details needed to investigate your issue.
