If your guild leader has been inactive for 10 days, they are automatically demoted to Co-Leader, and the longest serving active Co-Leader is promoted to Leader. If no Co-Leaders exist, or all are inactive, then the longest serving active Officer is promoted to Leader. If no Officers exist, or are all inactive, the longest serving active Member is promoted to Leader.
If for any reason an inactive Leader is not automatically demoted, and another guild member elevated to Leader, please submit a Support Ticket.
(Note: Guild rules for inactivity are enforced by the guild itself, not us. Our rules - 10 days - we enforce.)
You can do this one of two ways:
1. Open the Tacticus application, go to the Home page (center globe icon), then to the Settings menu (small gear in the upper right corner), and tap "Contact Us" and then scroll to the bottom and tap the blue Support button with a ? on the main page that opens.
