If you’re seeing the message “No ads available”, it usually means that our ad provider wasn’t able to load an ad at that moment.
This can happen for a few reasons:
Your connection may be blocking ad traffic.
A temporary network issue interrupted the request.
The ad network isn’t able to provide personalized ads for your profile at that time.
You may have reached the daily ad limit (see below)
In most cases, this is a temporary issue and can often be resolved with quick troubleshooting steps.
Daily ad limit
Players can watch up to 7 ads per day. If you’ve already watched 7 ads, the game will show “No ads available” even if everything is working correctly. Once the daily reset happens, ads will become available again automatically.
If you think you might have reached the limit, simply try again after the next reset.
What can I try?
If you haven’t reached the daily limit, please try the following:
1. Restart your device
Completely close the game and restart your device. This often resolves temporary connection issues.
2. Disable any ad blocker or VPN
If you’re using:
A VPN
A private DNS (such as AdGuard DNS)
A system-wide ad blocker
Try turning it off temporarily and then reopen the game.
3. Switch your internet connection
If you're on Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data and vice-versa. Some routers or networks may block ad services.
4. Check device or router configuration
Make sure there are no custom DNS settings, firewall rules, or content filters blocking ads.
5. Test on another device (if available)
If you can, log in on a different device using the same account. If ads work there, the issue is likely device-specific.
