If an ad doesn’t close properly after playing and you’re forced to restart the app, the reward may not be granted. This will not count toward your daily limit of 7 ad views. You can help us investigate and report the issue to the ad provider.

The name of the ad network
This information allows us to identify the broken ad and report it directly to the provider so they can fix it.
How to find the ad network
Every ad should have a small “i” icon (usually in a corner of the screen, see example below).
If you tap it, you’ll see details about the ad, including the name of the network that served it, for example:
Unity Ads
Google AdMob
AppLovin
Please report the ad via the Contact Us in the app Settings and select the subject “Report an ad.” Be sure to include the screenshot and ad network name in your message.
